Full Interior Design Service

The complete package!

This option is for full service interior design and procurement for your project.

  • We follow the RIBA project stages. A breakdown of the complete process is outlined below, but these will of course vary per project.

    Smaller projects will have fewer requirements.

    Following the discovery call, we will commence stage 0 to define the project scope, budget and programme.

      Stage 0: Project Definition

    • Determine the project's scope of works.

    • Identify client requirements, lifestyle needs, and style preferences.

    • Outline a preliminary furniture budget and project programme.

    • Agree the design fee and procurement process.

    • Define the wider project team (if required).

      Stage 1: Preparation and Brief

    • Conduct a site visit.

    • Obtain a measured site survey.

    • Liaise with consultants (if required).

      Stage 2: Concept Design

    • Create a look and feel moodboard for each space to explore ideas for the style, colours, materials & architectural details.

    • Develop and agree spatial planning layouts.

    • Research and discuss more environmentally friendly materials and processes.

    • Select initial basebuild finishes, such as flooring, tiles and stone.

    • Select the architectural details such as doors, mouldings, cornicing etc.

    • Engage with architect for planning and build requirements (if required).

      Stage 3: Developed Design

    • Create design visuals for each space in 3D or 2D.

    • Develop initial designs for bespoke furniture and joinery.

    • Liaise with artisans and joiners with similar eco values, on design ideas.

    • Selections for furniture, rugs & lighting.

    • Procure vintage pieces if required.

    • Develop the material palettes to include hard and soft finishes.

    • Integrate feedback from the client into the design.

    • Liaise with architect on drawings and documents for statutory approvals and planning permissions (if required).

      Stage 4: Technical Design

    • Develop detailed interior design, including lighting plans, fixtures, and fittings.

    • Coordinate with consultants and contractor.

    • Finalise the technical interior design, including detailed joinery and bespoke elements.

    • Prepare design intent drawing packages.

    • Prepare finish, sanitarywear and ironmongery schedules for contractor pricing.

    • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and artisans to confirm specifications and samples.

      Stage 5: Manufacturing, Construction & Procurement

    • Respond to queries throughout the construction process.

    • Attend site meetings throughout the construction process.

    • Review and comment on technical drawings.

    • Review and feedback on supplier and construction samples.

    • Procure, quality control, manage and consolidate furniture, rugs, lighting etc.

    • Source accessories and art.

      Stage 6: Installation & Handover

    • Site snagging and quality control.

    • Site installation, styling and photography.

    • Provide the client with operation and maintenance manuals for interior elements.

  • The timeline and process will be unique to each individual project and client requirement. We will discuss and agree these aspects before commencement of the project.

  • The design fee and payment instalments will be unique to each individual project, and will be discussed and agreed before commencement of the project.

Virtual Interior Design

We design, you manage.

From one room to a full house, we can cater to your specific requirements to provide a service that works for you and your project.

This option is best for someone who needs an Interior Designer, but is happy to project manage themselves.

We will come to site for the final installation and styling.

  • After booking your call, you'll receive a questionnaire to outline your project and prepare your questions for a productive start. Please return the completed questionnaire within 48 hours, giving Danielle time to prepare.

    Before the call, you'll receive a video call link via email. During the call, we'll discuss whatever is most helpful for you and your project!

  • 1 hour: £150

    2 hour: £250 (£125 per hour)

    3 hour: £300 (£100 per hour)

    These costs include my prep time and the overview that I issue at the end of each call.
