ABOUT

Hey, I’m Danielle!

For over 8 years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of luxury interior design, collaborating with renowned studios like Elicyon, House of Grey, and Mokka Design. Throughout this journey, I’ve had the privilege of leading projects across the world, curating a diverse range of spaces tailored to my clients' distinct needs, preferences, and lifestyles.

Recently, I’ve stepped away from the high-end London scene to forge deeper connections with my clients from the Norfolk countryside, crafting spaces that blend refined elegance with a profound connection to nature. Here, luxury is found not in excess, but in thoughtful details and enduring beauty.

To me, every project tells a unique story — one that honours the artisans, makers, and tradespeople who bring both my designs and my clients' visions to life. Every decision is infused with purpose, and every individual involved adds their own layer to the narrative.

In my spare time, I’m working on my own home renovation of a terrace house in Norwich, where my partner and I are converting two flats to a single family home. When I’m not immersed in design, I enjoy yoga and travelling.

Work with me if you want to create a space that tells your story — where every choice is considered, every item has meaning, and every detail contributes to an atmosphere of soulful, sustainable luxury.

  • While veneer allows for more efficient use of a single tree, the adhesives often used in its production can emit VOCs (volatile organic compounds), which are harmful to human health. Additionally, veneer tends to have a shorter lifespan due to its lower durability.

Solid wood, on the other hand, sequesters carbon. When specifying solid wood for your project, it's important to verify the source. Using a local joiner often means the wood is sourced locally, resulting in a lower carbon footprint.

Solid wood is also more durable and can be easily reused and repurposed.

Regardless of your choice, always look for certifications such as FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification).

  • While marble is a natural stone known for its durability and timeless beauty, its environmental impact can be significant. The extraction process involves quarrying, which disrupts natural landscapes and ecosystems, and the production process releases a considerable amount of carbon dioxide. Additionally, transporting marble can contribute to a large carbon footprint, especially if sourced from distant locations.

To help combat this issue, try to source reclaimed and vintage marble or tiles. You could also try to minimise the amount of marble you specify, using it only where necessary for practical purposes.
